At no point have I ever died to a seer and thought "yup, this guy needs to be changed". SP is tolerable, WE needs to be gone for 2 seasons, KC is in my opinion the best map, I like Olympus, and BM needs to just be removed from the game all together. Did they already forget that that was THE season that drove so many people away that they actually had to fix their game? It shouldn't beat one of the best SMGs close range entirely because a dude shot nothing first.īM is such a shit map, there was not a single thing from the season it was added that wasn't awful. Those two shots are faster than a single prowler burst (you do not get a 2nd shot), and they'd be so much slower if he had to hit me. Feels so shitty, being the better shot and having the better positioning just for the dude to finally hit a couple shots after he powered up his gun in the air. If they had to ramp it up on me, they wouldn't have survived. I've died to people who were really bad shots, but they found a small rock to shoot the Nemesis behind, and the 2 shots they hit subsequently ripped me apart. We had 1 guy who clearly didn't even carry any shields just grabbed allll the energy ammo we found and pinged that he needed shields when he needed them so we'd drop him some.he was good and I carry 6 batts so I gave him a couple, but come on, man. Plus, the ones who do this are horrible ammo hogs, so no one else really gets any. We've had 3rds who warned everyone we were pushing by ramping it up right before we ran in, so instead of an effective 3rd party, everyone stopped fighting so the guys we were pushing could be ready and instaknock the dope, then us. As is, it's kind or cheap and encourages some shitty behavior. It'd only ramp up marginally slower as long as you're accurate with it. I largely use it like it works like that because it's such an ammo hog, and it's still an excellent gun. The footage even outlines his abilities: Retrieve the Wounded, which lets the player drag downed allies while you revive and protect them with a shield, Mobile Shield, a throwable drone that creates a moving energy shield, and his ultimate ability Castle Wall, where Newcastle leaps in the air, slamming down to create a fortified stronghold.Shocked they didn't just do that. Newcastle was featured extensively in one video, who's described as a mobile defender that can create cover and revive teammates.
APEX LEGENDS REDDIT FULL
The new Legends can be seen in the roster screenshot (above) and all seem to have a full set of abilities. Those new playable characters have names and are listed as Caliber, Catalyst, Conduit, Jester, Newcastle, Phantom, Scryer, Uplink, and Vantage. The 15 leaked videos showed off new maps for arena mode, weapons (including something called the Nemesis B-AR and the Fanatic energy pistol), and cosmetics, alongside actual gameplay of the new Legends in action.
